Situaciones y Condiciones a cumplir.

1) Todo piloto que ingresa a la COAN Virtual lo hace en situacion de Aspirante, hasta tanto haya registrado al menos tres (3) vuelos (cualquier origen y destino, tipo, o aeronave) realizados online, con la matricula asignada por la fuerza, y reportados correctamente en el sistema de la COANv.

2) Aprobados los 3 primeros vuelos, pasa a situacion de Piloto Activo, requisito mínimo indispensable, para participar de las misiones de operaciones especiales, las cuales tienen sus propios requerimientos en virtud de las exigencias que involucran cada misión.

3) Todo piloto Activo, que por cuestiones personales no pueda continuar con la actividad, puede solicitar su pase a Retiro en cualquier momento, con lo cual pasa a integrar el plantel de Pilotos en situación de Reserva, integrado por quienes hayan solicitado el pase a Retiro, o bien, por aquellos pilotos que no registran actividad por largo tiempo (3 meses), y si el piloto no reporta actividad por 6 meses sera dado de baja. De ocurrir alguna situacion de carácter "muy especial" (VS), dicho plantel de Pilotos de la Reserva, podrán ser convocados a prestar servicio para dicha situacion VS.

4) Todo piloto que viole de manera manifiesta lo establecido con el Código de Ética de la COANv, podrá ser Suspendido de su situacion de Activo, por el tiempo que la comandancia lo considere apropiado.

5) Asimismo, todo Piloto que viole de manera manifiesta lo establecido con el Código de Ética y que además actúe de manera perjudicial o dañina para con la COANv, podrá ser sancionado con la Baja del servicio, con lo cual, nunca más podrá integrar misión alguna o actividad que se realice en la COANv.

6) La desaparición física de un piloto no implica su eliminación sino que pasa a la situacion de Fallecido.

11) Any pilot who manifestly violates what is established with the COANv Code of Ethics, will be able to retire. be Suspended from your Active status, for as long as the command deems appropriate.

13) The physical disappearance of a pilot does not imply his elimination but passes to the situation of Deceased.
